Meet Michael Dailey

I grew up here in Sarasota, so this isn’t a market I studied — it’s home. Before real estate, I spent eight years in the U.S. Army and a few more in operations and customer service. Both drilled the same things into me: do what you say you’ll do, sweat the details, and look out for your people.

Now I help folks buy and sell across Southwest Florida — first homes, forever homes, vacation places, the occasional investment. What I care about is pretty simple: you get the honest answer, the real numbers, and an agent who actually picks up the phone. From the first conversation through closing day, and long after.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family, coaching sports, or traveling somewhere new.
