What’s the difference between Del Webb, Cresswind, and Brightmore?+
They’re all 55+ active-adult brands with resort amenities, but they differ by builder, location, price point, and feel. Del Webb (Pulte) has several communities across the area; Cresswind (Kolter) is at Lakewood Ranch; Brightmore (Mattamy) is at Wellen Park, closer to the beach. Do 55+ communities have higher fees?+
