How your information is used

When you fill out a form on this site — the contact form, a community or listing inquiry, the free relocation guide download, the newsletter signup, or the home valuation request — I collect whatever you enter: typically your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and message. I don’t ask for anything beyond what’s needed to follow up with you.

This site also uses standard website analytics (Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization enabled) to understand which pages are useful, and third-party tools that may set their own cookies when you use them directly: Calendly for scheduling a call, and Resend for delivering emails. Each of those companies has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their service.

• To respond to your inquiry — by phone, text, or email, whichever you used to reach me.
• To send a small number of automated follow-up emails after you reach out (a confirmation, and occasionally a resource or check-in email over the following days) — every one of those emails includes a way to tell me to stop.
• To deliver anything you specifically requested, like the relocation guide PDF or a home valuation.
• To keep a record of client communication, the same way any real estate professional does.

• I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
• I do not share your information with other agents, brokerages, or marketers.
• I do not use automated dialing or bulk texting systems — if I call or text the number you provide, it’s me personally, about the inquiry you submitted.

Every automated email from this site includes a line inviting you to reply and ask to be removed, and I honor that immediately. If you’d like your information deleted entirely, email michael.dailey@cbrealty.com or call (941) 350-0224 and I’ll take care of it.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic patterns, with IP addresses anonymized. If Calendly’s scheduling widget is loaded on a page, it may set its own cookies per Calendly’s privacy policy. This site does not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.
