The BEST Agent I have ever worked with. I have bought 3 homes with my husband over our 46 years (with him doing most of the business end). I find myself alone now and decided to move closer to family. Living in Las Vegas, Florida was too far away to look in person. I answered several ads from agents in the Bradenton area — remember Las Vegas is 3 hours earlier than Florida. Michael is the only Agent who read my inquiry fully. He called me around 11AM Las Vegas time, listened to my wants and needs for my new home and didn't try to influence me. Long story short, found a resale in my brother's community. Michael and my brother looked at it, sent me pictures and video and I went under contract end of March. I closed and moved into my home on April 16, 2026 and couldn't be happier.
