Esplanade at Azario
The golf course at Esplanade at Azario is a Chris Wilczynski design that opened in 2020, playing to a par of 72 at about 7,007 yards. It is the newest full-length course in the Lakewood Ranch corridor.
Azario is a bundled community: a golf or social membership comes with the property rather than being bought separately. Which of the two you get depends on the home, and that is a question to settle before an offer rather than after, because it changes what you pay every quarter for as long as you own.
One thing to watch. Outside tee times at Azario have been bookable through public booking platforms during the build-out, which is why this site classifies the club as semi-private today. Build-out arrangements of that kind are temporary by nature and the club is close to finished, so check the current position rather than relying on this page, or on any listing that promises public access.
