Palm Aire Country Club

Palm Aire carries 36 holes across two par-72 courses with two different architects and nearly thirty years between them. The Champions is a Dick Wilson design dating to 1957, measuring about 7,005 yards, which makes it one of the older courses in the market. The Lakes is a Joe Lee design measuring about 6,698 yards.

The club sits at the centre of a roughly 1,300-acre community, and the amenity list runs well past golf: ten tennis courts, an athletic centre and a junior Olympic size swimming pool.

Golf membership at Palm Aire is not mandatory for residents, which this site records separately in its golf community data. That is the single most important fact for a buyer comparing Palm Aire against a bundled community, where the club cost arrives whether or not you play. The club does not publish its membership pricing; ask the club.
