Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club
Stoneybrook is a bundled golf community in Palmer Ranch, and the club states it plainly: membership and golf privileges are included with every home purchase. There is no decision to make about joining, and no separate initiation to plan for, because the club comes with the house.
The course is an Arthur Hills design, 18 holes with a practice facility alongside it. The rest of the club is a full amenity set rather than golf with extras bolted on: Har-Tru tennis courts, a well-equipped fitness centre, a heated swimming pool and bocce courts, with golf and tennis leagues running through the season.
Dining is run by an executive chef, Zeke Wentworth. For a buyer comparing Stoneybrook against a community where golf is optional, remember that the bundled structure is why the monthly figure looks higher, and that the comparison only means something once the other community membership is added back in.
