University Park Country Club
University Park carries 27 holes of Ron Garl championship golf and was founded in 1991. It is semi-private, which here means something useful: the club sells memberships and also sells daily fee rounds, so you can play it before you decide anything.
The practice ground is better equipped than most in the market, with a driving range, two putting greens and a short-game area, plus a golf academy on site. Dining is at the lakeside Park Grille and Cafe.
A note on the website. There is a parked domain at universityparkcc.com that is not the club and serves its own content; the club site is universitypark-fl.com. It is an easy mistake to make and worth knowing before you go looking for rates.
