A 2019 filing fits the Neal Communities neighbourhood this site records, and the managing agent is the same firm the register gives for Vistera of Venice, also a Neal community and also recorded here. A VICENZA AT PELICAN PRESERVE and two VICENZA AT FOUNTAINBLEAU PARK condominiums are different places. The principal address is a management office rather than an address inside the community, so the match rests on the corporate name and the filing date.

Register your agent on the FIRST visit: most builders pay the buyer-agent fee, but only if representation is declared before you tour, and afterwards it is usually too late.
