A ten-story boutique condominium of ten residences at 688 Golden Gate Point, on 80 feet of Sarasota Bay shoreline. It is developed by Palm One Group, designed by Sarasota's DSDG Architects and built by Voeller Construction, and the design won a Platinum Award in SRQ Magazine's 2025 4WALLS competition. The developer gives residence sizes of roughly 1,990 to 4,618 sq ft, with private garages for two or four cars, boat slips and floating docks, a rooftop terrace, a swim-spa pool, a gym, a social club and a whole-building generator.

Who builds homes in SIX88?+

SIX88 is built by Palm One Group (developer). Two things matter if you are buying new here. Register your agent on the FIRST visit: most builders pay the buyer-agent fee, but only if representation is declared before you tour, and afterwards it is usually too late. And a builder's contract is their contract, not the standard Florida form, so the deposit terms, the completion date and what happens if the build runs late are worth reading closely.

What kind of homes are in SIX88?+

SIX88 offers boutique waterfront condominium, with floor plans of 2-3 bedrooms. Attached homes carry an association that maintains the building itself, so the fee covers more than it would on a single-family home and the association's reserves matter to you directly. What a specific home includes, and what the association maintains, is set out in that community's documents and is worth reading before an offer rather than after.
