The River Club

The River Club is a Ron Garl design in Bradenton, built in 1988, and at about 7,026 yards from the tips with a course rating of 74.5 and a slope of 135 it is one of the sterner tests in the market. Greens are Jones-Dwarf.

It is semi-private and open to the golfing public seven days a week, which is the combination a lot of buyers are actually looking for: a course good enough to want to play repeatedly, without a club membership attached to a house.

The River Club is also a community, and this site keeps the two apart. The recorded sale prices, build years and the share of owners claiming a homestead exemption live on the community page rather than here. Green fees are not published by the club in a fixed table; call for current rates.
