Living in Palmetto
Palmetto sits on the south bank of the Manatee River directly across from Bradenton, connected by the Green Bridge. Artisan Lakes is a master-planned community featuring a Crystal Lagoon — one of the largest in the U.S. Multiple neighborhoods include Esplanade at Artisan Lakes (55+) by Taylor Morrison, Eaves Bend, and Edgestone townhomes. The resort-style amenity center includes a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and a full-time activities director.
Coasterra is another growing master-planned community with a 200-acre Linear Park, resort pool, and multiple neighborhoods by Taylor Morrison and other builders.
