Four other candidates in this batch filed under names matching a Parrish community and turned out to be in St. Johns, St. Lucie, Lakeland and an unstated county; the county on the cover is what separates them.

Created on December 13, 2024 by Manatee County Ordinance 24-78, under the Uniform Community Development District Act of 1980, Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. The auditor names Taylor Morrison of Florida as a related party, which is normal for a district still in the development stage and worth knowing when reading its figures. The Towns at Firethorn is listed separately on this site and is most likely inside this district, but nothing in the report establishes that, so it is not attached.
